  Since 1978, Lance has worked closely with long-term care and senior housing businesses, devoting the last eleven years of his career to helping facilities in financial and/or regulatory peril. He has frequently followed the futile attempts of others and corrected problems when they could not. With more than ( 21 ) years in the industry, his professional management experience is equally diverse as it is comprehensive. He is highly regarded for his turnaround accomplishments with roles in Receivership, Management, and Monitoring for a State Survey Agency in the Midwest. His turnaround assignments have exposed him to nursing home residents in deep despair, including troubled nursing facilities featured on ABC's 20/20 News Program.
